Delivery Information

  1. We use a designated delivery service to deliver most of our items. They are called UPS

  3. You will be notified via email as soon as we dispatch your item.

  4. Some of our items are made to order and come directly from our supplier and therefore take 7-14 working days to be delivered. In very rare cases allow 21 working days.

  5. We do our best to deliver your item as fast as possible and the average delivery time is 4 - 7 working days.

  6. All our consignments require a signature on delivery. A card will be delivered or email notification be sent by the courier if no one is at home to accept the delivery. Please call at the given number on card to re-arrange the delivery and to avoid the consignment being returned to us.

  7. shall make all efforts to deliver the order within the time frame that has been requested or confirmed. Moreover we only provide estimates and not guarantees. However for reasons out of our control deliveries may get canceled or may not be delivered and we shall rearrange for you.

  8. If you don’t receive your goods within due date, Please contact us asap. We try our best to make sure that items are being delivered to our customers in time.

  9. To prevent fraudulent transactions, if you would like to change the delivery address you will have to provide proof of ID that you are registered at the billing address. A utility bill, driving license or passport copy would suffice for us to change the address.

  10. It is at discretion to change the address and we have the right to decline to change the address.

  11. Once the item is dispatched or routed the address cannot be changed and if you would like to change the address it may incur a charge for re-delivery.

  12. We offer a FREE delivery service to Mainland UK.

  13. We do not ship to the following areas / postcodes

    Highlands, Grampians, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly, Scottish Island and channel islands, other islands. AB, PA, DD, KY, LL, PH, BT, ZE, KW, IV, HS, GY, JE

  14. If you miss a delivery of an order that has been confirmed, you may incur a charge for a re-delivery.

  15. Deliveries through the festive periods and national holidays may incur an additional charge.

  16. When you have ordered multiple items, you may have two or more deliveries because some items may come directly from the suppliers and other supplied by our in house courier. We will do the utmost to ensure that the items are delivered on your specified date.

  17. If there is any restrictions to access the delivery address, it is your duty to notify us and provide the necessary information.

  18. It is your duty to make sure that the delivery to your address is obstruction free.

  19. When placing an order with us we do not accept any responsibility to any damage to your property during delivery or negligence caused by the couriers.

  20. We will not be liable for any repairs or costs in relation to all subject matters linked to.

  21. We do not offer any service to dispose of old beds or mattresses as well as removing packaging.
